Some injuries to the mouth and teeth need to be addressed immediately. Getting to Heath Pediatric Dentistry quickly may save a tooth, prevent infection, and reduce suffering. Please call us if your child has:
- an accident causing a cut or bitten tongue, lip or cheek;
- a cracked, falling out or knocked out tooth;
- swollen or infected gums; or
- other severe tooth or mouth pain.
Leaving issues untreated or delaying treatment can contribute to poor oral health and other serious health issues. The sooner you seek evaluation at our office, the better the chance of avoiding more extensive dental treatments and the faster your child will be back to their smiling, happy, active self.
If your child has pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see them within 24 hours. If you need urgent dental care after our office hours, please contact our office and leave a voicemail. We check our messages frequently and will get back to you as soon as possible.
